“The proofing process has been nothing but horrendous. The artwork team aren't following my simple instructions but are actually just making it up as they go along. This is causing a lot of stress and upset at a time when I need things to run smoothly (Black Friday/Christmas). Because of the back and forth, it is having a knock on effect with the dispatch times. The actual quality of the stickers is good when they print and cut correctly - however, I am finding that they need to be redone quite often as either the coating is damaged or the cut isn't smooth or as expected. I am not confident that I'll be placing another order as the stress just isn't worth it.”
