This client ordered 85mm x 55mm labels. They designed them online using the 85mm x 55mm template.
We produced labels at 85mm x 55mm as specified and dispatched them within 2 working days.
We get a 1* review for that service and the client expected us to cover the costs of a reprint at a different size that we had no idea about.
It's simply ridiculous.
