“Failed on every aspect. My wifes order took 4 weeks to be delivered. We have had nothing but a barrage of abuse from the director. My wife has spent thousands of pounds with this company over the years. And i have spent 100s with my new business i started last year. Vicky should NOT answer the phone to customers has her customer service needs refining somewhat to say the least. She was totally unprofessional and her telephone manor is something else. We have been lied too and been cheated by this company. The owner Connor made promises to my wife regarding a order then denied doing so. Not realising several people in my office heard the conversation as the call was on load speaker.
I would not recommend this sticky things to anyone infact i would avoid it like Corona. Unprofessional in everyway from start to finish. Even their replies to reviews are unprofessional. I have family members that have ordered from this company that have now decided to go elsewhere. This company has now lost alot more than my custom.
I never recieved my labels and i havent received my refund. Please keep my money or give it to charity.
I found a company that printed high quality labels cheaper and within a 24hr turn around. Sticky things have really done me favour by helping find a cheaper better quantity printing company that delivers ontime without lies. I hope businesses reading this do the same. I had to give one star on the review just because they are still in business which is a great feat with their attitude.”
