I’ve used them a few times and delivery is always a little slow, although not too bad.
This last order took a month to arrive. It’s just a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 2000 labels. There are notices on their website to tell you delivery may be slow, but no where does it say to expect to wait a month.
If I were running this business I would either employ staff or stop the website from taking orders once they reach a week or twos production limit. I won’t be able to use them again, as I can’t risk the wait times and they make it very clear on their website that they won’t refund anyone.”
