“I never received my order! Unfortunately, this business lack communication and they are not responding to my emails I’ve sent that they sent me someone else’s orders. I tried reaching out on Instagram, Support and even opened an account with them so I could reach them. The worst business I have to deal with. It gave me so much stress and worry. I have now filed a dispute with PayPal and requesting a refund. I’m very very upset.
Sticker labels for my candles and round stickers I ordered. You sent me the wrong products. No communication no confirmation no nothing.

Thanks for making us aware. We did accidentally book an incorrect order on your order number which you received. As soon as we were made aware, we got your order out the very next day. These have been since delivered and signed for.
