“This is a poor quality product, especially considering how much you pay for it. There is no scratch protection for the iPad as you slide it in. If your not careful, you could easily damage the screen of your iPad/tablet when inserting it in between the metal casing. The screws are so bad that if you were to remove the iPad for any reason, say 5 or 6 times, then they will be cross threaded and therefore will not screw any more. The grip on the top of the screws, where the screw key/screw driver fits, is really really poor quality and you will have issues with this very quickly. Then the glue for the pivot is in no way industrial strength, again of sub-standard quality, and does not work well. There is an additional lock/bolt (Piviot Tack) that can be purchased, where you can put a small padlock through for extra protection - this is useless as it is made out of plastic and I worry that wear and tear or even with enough pressure this will easily snap or become unsecure from the actual stand. Overall, your paying first world money/cost/value for something that is less than third world quality. This seems to be the best of a very very bad bunch of stands out there. Also I imagine that the quality of this is the same regardless which iPad you purchase it for as it is simply the size that changes and not the design or material quality used.”
