“I bought 2 of them and they both had to be fixed. The metal rods where to short and some of the plastic levels where broken on both not just 1 . I had to have someone cut the all 8 spacers in half in order to make them. Other than that they work fine now. I can not recommend this product because of the design flaw. Fix that and it is a perfect product.”

“I bought two of these Jan 3. When they arrived as some of the plastic racks in each were broken making both of them unusable. However, since I had ordered two, I was able to combine parts of each to make one usable rack. In putting it together I discovered it could not be completed as directed and still had to come up with a way to complete it. The larger of the two problems was the broken shelves, 2 in one box and 3 in the other. It appeared to be the result of poor packaging from the source (China). I can only surmise that at your warehouse no one opened the boxes to check on the condition of the product which surely should have alerted there was a problem by a rattling noise. To return these to you for replacement would have been expensive and delayed my project. To rectify the situation I would appreciate 5 new plastic racks or a complete new display that has been opened and repacked to prevent breakage enroute.”

“This looks even cheaper in person than on the website. I own an antique store and sell quite a bit of costume and estate jewelry, but need a nice display piece to show my jewelry. This will definitely not be it. Antiques and collectibles that are American made are so much better than new cheap stuff. It's sad.”

“Assembly was easy just make sure to not fully tighten the first screw so you have leeway for the total assembly. Had a broken piece and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service. Would appreciate if they would sell individual components so that we could customer the height.”

“The only reason I would give this 4 stars was because the first one I received had 3 sections of the display racks where broken. Called and received another one the next day. The greatest customer service! The unit is big but once on the display table it works great.”

“The pieces that arrived intact, I'm pleased with. Easy to assemble, sturdy enough to safely transport to events, makes an attractive display. My only complaint is that I bought 2, but so many pieces arrived broken, I was barely able to make 1 whole unit out of it all.”
