“1st one had 3 broken frames but was replaced immediately at no cost. the 2nd one had 1 broken frame so I substituted it for 1 from original display. However rods are too short to add the 1" spacers but too long for the base to swivel when fully assembled (without spacers cause they do not fit). If I add the spacers then I would not be able to attach the swivel base at all.”

“This was tricky to assemble because the metal support rods are barely long enough to reach the ends to allow nuts to tighten. I expect them to loosen with use It is nice looking but flimsy”

“I bought two of these and assembled them according to the instructions. The rods were not long enough to attach the bottom and if I took the four spacers out, it was too long and hit the bottom of the table, which made it tippy and unable to rotate. One of the trays was also broken. I called and said that I needed a replacement tray and longer rods. I received another rack and this time there were two broken trays and the rods are the same length as the others. So, unless I am doing something wrong, I now have 3 displays that I can't use. Please put one of these together that came from the same shipment that I received and let me know how you did it, if it works for you. Thanks”

“A little hard to figure out that if you use all racks you don't need the spacers. It didn't say that, I don't think.”

“I've purchased several of these and EACH and EVERY one was damaged. Store Supply Warehouse was always very apologetic and replaced the damaged goods, but ever the replacements were damaged! The spinner bottom sticks and the parts for the framework do not fit; I had to go to Home Depot to buy the correct parts and silicone spray. I am submitting the receipts and hope to get reimbursed. These issues need to be fixed!”

“I bought this 2 weeks ago for an event. As I was putting it together I realized the metal bars werent long enough to put the 4 acrylic pieces and the top black cover. I played around with it for a bit, trying to figure out a way for it to work but it didnt. I had to use it without the black top. Would like to order more but not sure.”

“We just bought two of these to increase our display of earrings. It is an excellent product with much more display space than the ones we have been using. When one arrived broken, it was very easy to get a replacement sent. They are very simple to put together. You just can't start out with the top nuts completely tight all the way.”
