“Purchased 2 of these racks within the last month. When received, both packages appeared to have been opened and taped back together, and the parts were piercing through the ends of the boxes. No assembly hardware in one box, and no assembly instructions in either box.”

“I placed my order last Thursday and received this product on Saturday! Delivery was faster than I thought it would. Printed out the instructions and put it together in about 20 minutes. The price is well worth what you get! Very well made. Very happy with my clothes rack.”

“I just got mine assembled today, and it is very sturdy. I'm using it to drape soft leather skins over the rods for storage in my studio. I bought two extra rods, plus the castors. When putting on the castors, do not screw them all the way into the base, as it will mark up the tops of them when you use it. Wish there had been some instructions.”

“I replaced a cheap discount store hanging rack with this gem. I never actually thought much about the purchase of the cheapo rack until it was leaning and I had to prop it up. I wish I'd started with this- lots of space to hang clothes and it's heavy duty.”

“Would never recommend this product unless they do something about the lousy box it is sent in. Cardboard box way to wimpy for this heavy rack. Received it 2 times and both times box all turn up and missing parts. Not happy with this problem at all.”

“We purchased this product and received it within a week. There was one bolt missing, however it went together very easily. Something was a lil off about it and not lining up square, however within just a few minutes customer service had the problem fixed and a new one is on its way!”

“We keep my daughter's clothes on a rack because she has so many, they don't fit in her closet. The rack we had could not stand up to the weight and fell apart. The rack that we bought from Store Supply is sturdy and appears to be just what the doctor ordered. We are extremely satisfied.”
