“Even without assembly instructions it was very easy to assemble. speed of delivery was very good. We were missing some hardware but they were right on it and we got it quickly, no hassle! I even called on a Saturday afternoon and a real person answered and got us taken care of!”

“Overall, not a bad purchase. It did not come with assembly instructions, which would've been nice just to have. The picture of the product showed that it had wheels, however it does not. So far I am happy with it.”

“The closet rack I had bent in the middle from too many clothes. I bought this heavy duty rack and it is very well made. Not too hard to put together either. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have got the single rack because this is a little wider than I thought and will barely fit in my closet. That's my fault though, not theirs. Great product, good price. Shipping a little high but it was heavy.”

“I purchase about a month ago. The rack itself is well design and does a great job. I also brought the additional rods to attach to the rack. Upon opening the plastic over the rods, the bolt attachment fell out. They were just lose in the plastics wrapping and since I did not realize this they were scattered and never found. I will have to go and find replacement bolt to attach the rods. As of this time the rods are still not of any use because my schedule has not allowed me to accomplish this. Disappointed that it was not better packaged like the previous items I have purchased in the past.”

“These racks are easy to assemble and easy to move around! Don't forget the wheels! I have been using these racks for over 5 years and they hold up and still look new! Purchased 4 more when we expanded our clothing selection. Gives our shop nice clean lines and make organization much easier than the round racks!”
