“There was some hardware missing, but I contacted customer support and they sent me the hardware and I received it within 2-3 days. It was fairly easy to assemble. I fit a box of 100 heavy duty hangers (no clothing on the hangers) and still had some free space.”

“What a sturdy rack and what a great price! I purchased two rack and will now have more than enough space for everything, especially coats. Not a lot of pieces. It's more like a jumbo puzzle with a few big pieces. I am a visual learner, so a pic in the instructions was good, but a few words would have been helpful also. It's helpful if two people put it together, just to help with the balancing of the top bar, and the screwing in of the screws. I'm lovin my purchase!!!”
