“It took me a long time to write this review. I love buying from this company. But. I absolutely hate hate hate these racks. I bought about 15 racks about a year ago for our local theater costume library. We USE these racks. So far, they've completely fallen apart. Packages arrived with absolutely zero instructions. Just a bunch of poles and Zbars and hardware. I thought these would be easy just insert the top bar and good to go. No, you have 4 nuts and bolts with 2 brackets to juggle while tightening and balancing the bar. You can't do this by yourself. Wrenches included in hardware bend before the right amount of tightness can be achieved. So they literally slip off after one good use. No retightening. Luckily I bought so many racks I had several to go through.. I bought a socket set just to deal with these and it ended up not working because you need long sockets to tighten these bolts. Additionally, the set screws that you tighten with the Allen wrench didn't fit ANY of the holes without further drilling - which we're not equipped to do. So that lead to many collapsed racks down the road. These have been far inferior than the racks at uline. Spend the extra $20 for the better rack at Uline. I couldn't be more disappointed. We spent $1000 on racks to help our storage issue at our non profit and they have been a huge pain. Spend the extra $20 and get the racks from Uline.”

“Tool that you sent easily was stripped and top bar kept sliding down. Seemed that screws would not fit to hold bar up. Box seemed open and retaped. Would probably not order from you again.”
