“when hangers slide across the bar it leave a black charcoal like film on your hands.then customers touch the clothes.i sanded the bar down to try to get rid of the coating.it helped a little but still getting residue on hands”

“The product is exactly what I wanted it to be - heavy duty, solid construction. I didn't set it up, but it seemed to go pretty quickly and efficiently as I watched it being put together. I love the Z base for stability purposes. I am very happy with this product. I would recommend it to others.”

“This is very heavy duty and not much more expensive than the ones on Amazon. Was a little disappointed that we received the wrong bolts but just ran to the hardware store and got the right ones for a couple dollars. I would definitely purchase again.”

“I love this rack... I do wish it was taller but I couldn't find a heavy duty one that would be tall enough to hold a wedding dress without dragging on the floor.. I needed this rack for extra storage of dresses in my store”
