“Do not order this. Buy the black z bar. This assembly is pointless and half the screws didn’t fit. The black z bar literally snaps the top pill into the side supporting poles. One and done.”

“The materials are fair quality, however the directions were MISERABLE. The YouTube video was not helpful either. The paper instructions were so small they were barely legible and only with pictures, no written directions. The video is so short it isn't helpful. I had to replay about 10 times. I am fairly mechanical - even still I still don't know that I put it together correctly. In addition, only the little wrench arrived with the rack, not the other tool that was to be included, according to the directions. The little wrench was not properly sized and too large to tighten any of the nuts/bolts. I ended up using my own tools. I honestly don't know if I put it together correctly or not. This item requires two people to put together. It took me 2 hours to assemble by myself. The horizontal hanging bar is too long to manage alone.”
