I bought this rack a few months ago and it was the best money I ever spent on a rack. This is the only rack that has been able to hold the weight of my studio dresses. Most being sequins and beading making them quite heavy. My only issue is the bar do not come with pre-made holes to allow a tighter screwing. Its hard to drill holes into it if your not handy with power tools.

Bought this product on a friend's recommendation. Best price on the web. Arrived at my home in a very short amount of time and in great condition. Super easy to put together. Solid materials and construction. Couldn't be more pleased with the product as well as the company.

The cross bar does not stay up top, as the nuts and bolts do not secure the brackets from sliding down the bars. the instructions were useless as it just shows a picture and numbered pieces. The boxes came worse for the wear, and I had to pay to ship them back since they items were not serviceable. Big disappointment, and hassle returning items.

I purchased two of these Z racks. I put the first one together myself, and it was easy enough, however, the top bar that attaches to both side poles, does not have "corners" which slide down onto the poles. Instead, I had to put together two clamps on either pole and tighten. This took forever. Each side kept slipping downward. I finally managed to get the top pole on. I began hanging my garments, and within minutes, the pole started sliding downward. I will be disassembling it and returning it, and of course, it will cost a fortune in shipping charges. Would not recommend!

The engineering of the clothes rack (not the base) is terrible given the overly complex brackets to hold the cross bar. Moreover, the instructions were completely obtuse and limited to one illustration. The cross bar should sit on top of the north/south bars... Lastly, the box arrived pretty beaten-up and one nut was missing necessity a visit to Home Depot. I would have sent it back if not for the hassle... I am sorry, but I wish I selected a different unit.

Not pleased with the connection design for the uprights and rails. This needs to be strong to hold a rack of garments and the bolt assembly is a bad redesign from other z racks that have a solid welded connection here. I had to drill a hole through the pole and bolt the bracket on since the small set screw couldn't do the job.
