“The screw that secures the top bracket to the bar did not fit in the hole - and I was ready to send the cart back. I had the facilities man take a look and he had to drill a hole into the top rod to secure the bracket to the rod. The rod kept slipping down the side rods. Not a good design. It works now, but had alot of trouble making it work to hold the linens.”

“Just made a good purchase buying this clothes rack. A rack has to be sturdy or why have it. Easy directions to assemble and great orange color for the base . Will be hanging men's clothing like jackets and coats on it. I may buy another one down the road. I recommend it.”

“I bought 3 of these after having the heavy duty racks and I wish I had not. They do not hold unless you screw metal screws into top support rails and the uprights easily pull out of the bottom when rolling over cracks or door openings.”

“Bought 2 of these racks on 9/24...just received 10/05....have a grand opening in 2 days...dresses to get on the floor....BOTH RACKS are defective....3 poles will not fit in the hole...only one slid in like it's supposed to!!!! These aren't Z racks...but a knock off!!!”
