“The Z Rack that I ordered from you all works great. It did have a slight bit of damage on one end of one of the uprights, but I was able to fix this on my own. The additional bar for the rack was shipped separately and arrived a few days later, but that was not a problem. All in all I am very happy with your prompt shipping (2 days to my door) and the product itself. I will definitely be a return customer. “I just bought ten of these. They were the cheapest I could find anywhere. A couple of negatives is that there were no instructions, but fairly simple to figure out. Also, missing a couple of nuts and bolts throughout the ten packages so had to go out and get a few things, which I didn't really mind since they were so cost effective. Other than that, the product is great. I will purchase these again in the future when needed.”

“When we first ordered it, they had sent a pole that didn't fit. We called Store Supply about and they sent another pole, which also did not fit. We had to disassemble the whole thing and send it back to Store Supply. When they sent the replacement rack, the pole was bent and we had to hammer it into place. We can't make it any shorter so now the rack is too tall.”

“I bought this for use by a Parish Church. The rack was shipped compactly and simple to put together. It is heavy duty and durable and they've found it works perfectly for their needs. It holds enough weight to keep all their liturgical linens neat, safe and easily accessed. It can also be moved to the spot they need it at the time it is needed and then simply put away until the next season.”
