“Rack is very sturdy and commercial grade Packaging for shipping as mentioned in other comments not very good Bottom of rack was scratched up and hanging out of box Called customer service and a new base was sent within 2 days Would definitely purchase from this company again 10 stars!!!!”

“Poor design, tool and hardware quality - but product is excellent quality once it is put together. Wrench stripped, bolts broke. I would suggest using your own tools and hardware. Customer service handled my issues very well.”
