“I really like these a lot. My only issue is is that it has a spot on the top of one of the arms to insert a sign. It is NOT a threaded hole. I cannot find anything thing here to fit this, am I just missing it? Thanks”

“I wrote the following in in an email days earlier and received no reply. Instead I just received a message to review the product. Here you go. Dear Store Supply, I received this order in two different delivers. Last week the hangers arrived, intact and good condition, via FedEx Ground. Today the display rack arrived via FedEx Ground, but not in the same intact and good condition. Please see the attached photos. It appears that the shipping department thought that a light cardboard box and a piece of bubble wrap would withstand the belts, sorters both manual and automatic and the exchange from truck to truck as it made it's way across the country. I don't hold FedEx responsible for this failure of packaging. It's your shipping department. I received another package with this one today and it was on "packaging overkill". It was over protected and it arrived perfectly. I will await your reply before unboxing (the rest of the way) this display rack. I'd prefer to not send it back, unless it is no cost and a replacement is sent, properly packaged. The alternative would be a discount on this damaged unit. Again, I will await your reply. Best regards,”
