“While this rack does the job and looks nice, I dinged a couple starts because 1. one of the arms had a big scratch on it. 2. There were no instructions in the box. I called the customer service number and asked them how I was supposed to put this together and was told she would email instructions to me in 5 minutes. It's been 3 hours now and no instructions. I had to go to YouTube to figure it out and to make matters more frustrating, I built the thing then had to take it all apart because there was no mention on which way to place the holes so the arms didn't go in the right direction. This is the 3 piece I received with no instruction and I think they just want to drive more traffic to their website at the expense of their customers. Frustrated....”

“My small business has a showroom where we needed to display apparel samples. This 4 Way was excellent. Quick and easy assembly, sturdy, and the hanger stops are also very nice. For the economical price I'd highly suggest this. Product was delivered very quickly as well. I've never written a review in my entire life.... felt compelled to quickly write on for this product. If you need a clothing rack quickly and economically, just order this and be done with the search. You won't be disappointed.”

“I bought two of these and I'm glad that I did. The look very appealing and display the shirts perfectly. The only downside is that there were no assembly instructions, otherwise I would have given 5 Stars.”

“I just received this rack and mostly am very happy with it. The video instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. It should show more details as far as what direction the upright poles should go in reference to the leg bars, maybe especially pointing out which way the holes should go. The first time I put it together, the slant arms were not going in the correct direction. Otherwise, I like the strength of this rack.”
