“The product arrived with one arm damaged; it had been packed horribly and it wasn't surprising that it arrived this way. The box it was shipped in was almost completely shredded. On the positive side, customer service took care of it and shipped a new arm.”

“The parts that stick out for the clothes to hang on are not tight at all. They move back and forth about an inch or so. Overall, we are happy with this. I just wish it felt sturdier up too.”

“When putting together one the whole item is off kilter. One of the pipes would not screw it due to threads. Couldn't send back due to boyfriend was trying to make it go in with a large wrench so he scratched it up. Poorly made.”

“I ordered two of these racks. Once I decided to read the instructions, the first one went together easily and I loved the look and the fact that the rods were all height adjustable. The second rack was missing the hardware so I was unable to install the rods. A quick call to SSW and the hardware was on its way and arrived when customer service said it would. These would have gotten five stars from me, but for the missing hardware issue.”

“The garment rack is not gray as mentioned. It is glossy black. This gives it a "new" rather than industrial look, unfirtunately. Be prepared, packing is beyond flimsy. Your box will likely arrive torn as the contents are not secure and toss around. My rack arrived with one piece welded incorrectly and a wing nut missing so it was impossible to put together. A replacement was sent very promptly. Overall the piece is fine,sturdy enough, though the arms jiggle around and do not sit firmly in place when touched in any way.”

“We tried building fixtures ourselves at first with industrial pipe and we found out the hard way that it was CHEAPER and BETTER to just order them finished from Store Supply. The shipping time is always great, the quality is superb, and putting them together was super duper easy. You honestly couldn't get better bang for your buck. Forget DIY, this is so much better.”
