“Ordered 10 and somehow got 6 and then 4 in the wrong size. Sent 1 email with a picture and the 4 missing shelves showed up the next day. 5 stars for the customer service alone. The shelves are also exactly as expected.”

“Never arrived... have received way too many explanations and answers for the failure of Supply Warehouse to fill my order that range from they were shipped from the NV warehouse to oops the order didn’t ship yet it will go out by the end of the week. 2 weeks later, the order didn’t ship because of product damage in warehouse... I have had to call numerous times to Find out what is going on and have NEVER received any follow up from Store Supply. My faith in this company has gone from a solid 5 stars to a negative 10 stars over this order. Any business would have appreciated a direct answer that the product was out of stock and that they had no idea if ever it would be available instead of getting a run around from the under informed and a staff that fails to follow through or respond to each other and customers. You have definitely lost me as a future customer. Shame on you! If I treated my customers in this manner I would be out of business.”

“Just bought this for a home project; I made a coffee bar and wanted a glass table top and this has exceeded all my expectations! Its thick enough where I dont have to worry about it shattering and the edges are perfectly smooth. It was packaged very well and it was delivered on time! Thank you again!”
