“I bought 2 tempered glass shelves from StoreSupply last week. I reached out to customer service to determine when shipment would arrive and received tracking number. On day of expected delivery, i did not receive package but received an email from customer service rep Mercedes, who said she was keeping an eye on my order and noticed no movement by UPS. She then resent with next day shipping. I received following day. Glass came without a scratch. Great packaging. Ill be a returning customer.”
