“I bought this a week ago for our office. This is a perfect inexpensive service counter. It was very easy to put together. The only down side of this service counter is that it is not 70" but 72". The 70" measurement is the length of the counter minus the side panels. I was very impressed with the shipping time. I ordered this on a Tuesday and it arrived less than 24 hours later. I also received excellent phone service. Thank you Store Supply!!!”

“Looks nice but arrived in box busted open Goods inside was damaged but we decided to keep it since our grand opening was this week and we did not have time to go through return process. Overall nice product, quick delivery, easy set up.”

“I bought this for a women's boutique. It's very sturdy, and great quality for the price! It does take some time to build it because and there is a lot of pieces to put together and it's heavy but it is easy to assembly. We are very please and it's super cute!”

“The counter arrived next day, 1 week before our grand opening which was right on time. Then, all was well until an hour and a half into assembly we realized we had the wrong pieces. Not just the wrong pieces but the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled in the correct spots. So, I called and spoke w/ Ray at Store Supply customer service (whom was very helpful,) and he said "no problem!" We were sent an assembled counter next day for the trouble! Only it didn't arrive the next day. I called Fed Ex Freight and they said they "lost" it. They lost a 6 ft. 250 lb retail counter. "Lost" it code for "dropped' it. So, another assembled counter was shipped, it arrived the day before our opening day along with the one Fed Ex Freight "lost." We rejected the "lost" counter because we could visibly see some damage and kept the one that appeared to be in much better shape. There were mishaps from both Store Supply and Fed-Ex Freight. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the comedy of errors that added to the stress of our opening day, but will i order from here again? Probably. I can't imagine that this happens on a regular basis, or at least I hope not. My circumstance definitely seemed like a rare occurrence.”

“This counter has is very good quality for the price. Very sturdy and looks good. Assembly wasn't too hard if you have ever assembled furniture before, but the instructions were very poor.”

“I purchased the desk and it looks great. When it first came in it had two different colors , so I called and the customer representative was very helpful and sent the right color parts out immediately. Great product and friendly service.”
