“I've purchased from you many, many times before. This entire order was somehow setup as an automatically generated! I was completely surprised when I saw the email saying it was on the way since I received this same order less than 2 weeks ago. I have no idea how this happened. I save all of my emails from you and went through them all finding not one single email saying I signed up for this. I also saw nothing pop up on your website asking me to confirm if I did somehow sign up for this automated order. This whole thing smells bad!”
