“The last two orders I have gotten have had problems...first had mold...must have gotten wet but customer service took care of and replaced the moldy boxes. The last order, like other orders, about 4 to 5% of the cotton mangled or cut incorrectly. I have contacted customer service about this issue and am waiting for reply....didn't bother previously but after mold incident felt I had to. The sad part is love the price and boxes that is why I kept ordering but if this happens again may have to go elsewhere. Would recommend with these reservations”
