“This was my very first order with SSW. The first gun they sent me would not auto line up no matter what I did. The ink was also smearing everywhere. I sent SSW CS an email that night and then started an online "chat" the second they opened the next day. The CS rep acknowledged my email, had a new gun sent by the next day, and told me to just toss or donate the broken gun. I did in fact receive the replacement gun by the next day. It was that simple. No fuss. No return hassle. The new gun worked like a charm. Excellent Service. Good working gun.”

“I bought 2 of these price guns. One for 'regular' merchandise and the other for 'sale' items. Having both is so convenient. They work great and are easy to refill. The old one lasted several years.”
