“This pricing gun does all you need to price hard surfaces. The ink cartridge lasts for many, many, many pricing labels and it prints dark labels throughout it's ink cartridge cartridge life. I havan't counted how many times the ink cartridge prints before needing to be changed, but it seems to be over a thousand times. The u-tube instruction at SSW makes loading the next roll of pricing labels a breeze. The only drawback is a fault of the user dropping the gun. When this happens most times the door to the ink cartridge door opens and the ink rolls out and gets lost on the floor with the ink cartridge holder making the gun unusable. I solve this problem by putting a piece of scotch tape across the ink cartridge door which is easily removed when a new ink cartridge is needed. The 5 year warranty is great but seldom needed.”

“This is the simpelst and most reliable pricing gun available and it's certainly worth the bargain price but the customer service that comes with it, from Store Supply Warehouse, is the real value here. These guys are supportive and happy to help you anytime.”

“We are a small business and the feature on this gun "clicking the handle and the rubber wheel that attaches the label to the tag" is absolutely a a TIME SAVE.”

“We had the old style evidently which was not that easy to load but this one is a snap and so much easier to load, less bulky and just better looking overall. I was really pleased to find I was not getting the same style as the ones we had before!”
