“I would give 5 stars if it would last more than 2 years but we use it constantly. I am in my 5th price gun. We opened in 2014 but my first gun was a name brand and didn't last any longer but it was much more expensive than the Store Supply Warehouse brand.”

“bought this less than 2 years ago(my second one as the rubber wore off the first on the numbers and looked illegible) and the stickers jam up all the time from the get go. yes, i bought the proper labels here too and yes, i know how to load a pricing gun after 30 years in retail. super frustrating and time consuming.”

“I bought my first SSW and loved it. I bought a second one, and it will print a few labels then sticks so that I have to readjust the tape. This happens continually.”

“Price tags do not feed, I believe the wrong ones were shipped with tag gun. called was to receive new tags but have not as of this review. Hope this solves the issue.”

“The girl who works the desk showed me ONE time how to load this gun, I was able to show my staff and we've never had a problem. Two lines helps us see our freshness date along with the price. Great price, too.”
