“As I have written earlier, on a previous review survey email you've sent me, my general appreciation of Stuarts response to my order was quite excellent, as to their shopping website and their follow-up to orders. The only critic I had was the slow shipping by royal mail, and the very poor tracking details they offer. But then again we are dealing with an 18 £ service which cannot compare with DHL or FEDEX.”
