“The watch looked great when I first got it but it jammed up within the first week. I can see why internally and it is just the mechanics of the watch. Customer service was super friendly and said they are going to send me a new one asap. They definitely honor their guarantee but for a watch to break within the first week of owning it is rather upsetting. That being said this is my second watch from the company and the first one I’ve had over and year and still works great.”
