“I chose Thomas Cook Brand of clothing because I’ve always considered their clothing very well made having previously bought their clothing. I was extremely disappointed with
the construction of this shirt.
Firstly, there is no interfacing used in the collar which is important, secondly, the sleeves do not have a professional hem. It is just a small turnup instead of a proper hem. I have been , in my younger years, a home dressmaker so when buying clothes in my later years, I look to buy good brands so that I can be satisfied with the quality of the garment. It seems T C ‘s quality control has slipped so I won’t be buying their brand online
again. Your shipping service was excellent so definitely no complaints about that.

thanks for your message Shirley, I am sorry you are unhappy with Thomas Cook quality, I always think their quality is very good, I wear the long sleeve shirts from TC. You should have returned it if not happy. Janice
