“Some of the plants seemed healthy but many were dried out and had leaves falling off.”

“The ordered the bigger size of this Aloe and it came really big! 2 full size plants, one medium pup, and two smaller pups. I am super jazzed about that! However, the plant arrived to me super super dusty and the leaves of most of the plant had curled in on itself :( even with watering as soon as I got it, the leaves haven’t uncurled. I’m sad about that as it’s a gorgeous plant, but maybe other ones won’t be like that”

“The plant arrived broken right at ground level. Very irresponsible shipping. I've been trying to contact the seller for over a week and they haven't responded.”

“The plant is beautiful but because of the way that it was packaged I’m afraid she will die. I lost a lot of soil trying to get her unwrapped out of the packaging”

“Got the plant I ordered but it came in half alive. Partially the fault of a snowstorm that delayed shipment but also I had expected it to arrive well in advance of the weekend to avoid winter weather. Took a while for the plant to start moving to me after label was generated and I have no idea how long it was in that dark box. Still some life left in it so I’m hoping to nurse it back to health. Pictures show how it was delivered and then what healthy strands were left after potting.”
