“It arrived covered in dirt and 3 of the leaves broken off. A lot of plant sellers use plastic wrap around the pot to keep the dirt from spilling out and use that plushie stuffing to pad the plant before wrapping it in paper. I’m hoping the plant survives considering how beat up it got in shipping. I didn’t take any pics of how it arrived or I would post them. If it happens again I’ll take pictures. I will still order from you again. The less fragile plants seem to do a lot better in shipping.”

“I received my order (#245552) today, April 17, 2026. I ordered four 2-inch "Large" Schlumbergera x buckleyi Christmas Cacti, but there are issues with two of the plants I received: - One plant arrived with a broken stem. (front left plant) - One plant is significantly smaller than the others and does not appear to be the "Large" size ordered.”

“I did not know that this would just come wrapped in tissue paper and dirt only. It was not in a pot at all. Once plant arrived, it is dry and looked like it’s dying. Not happy with how it’s handled and shipped.”
