“Sadly, it arrived poorly packed and nearly dead, after two days it is completely gone. I emailed customer service and included pictures and have not heard one word in response. I am sorely disappointed as I was looking forward to adding an Aeonium Pink Witch to my collection. My preference is to have it replaced instead of a refund. Please advise.”
