“Arrived with dead leaves ans flowers and a soggy stem I dont think it will survive. I removed the dead leaves and dead flowers but I don't know how to fix the soggy soft stem. Plants were poorly packaged with no cotton and very dried out .”

“Arrived on time. Plant was very heat stressed. Almost no soil remained on what should have been the root ball. Just a small portion of plant was still showing some life. I went ahead and potted it. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will come back from the brink.”

“My spider plant pot had lost all of the soil when it was open. The plant was so small, I had a hard time finding it to put it back in the pot. The next afternoon, it was limp and black. DEAD. I have emailed you 3 times wit no response. TERRIBLE !! Customer service. Phyllis Smith.”

“I don't know what happen to this one ... One of the leafs were totally brown so I cut it off. I don't know if she will pull threw this. I'm hoping she will I hope it was just the travel that did this to her. I will let you know,”

“This plant arrived dry as a bone and leaves tattered and torn. I'm an experienced plant mom - this thing is pitiful. I don't think it's going to make it, and I was most excited for this one. Not happy with this one at all :(”
