“they are in California and I am in upper Ilinois. It was very cold when I placed my order so after I ordered they sent me an email showing concern about shipping during temps being so cold, I did like the fact they did this. I received my order later than first exspected for this reason, no biggie. When I did receive them both plants were healthy. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the goldfish plant did not have a simple little pot to at least contain the dirt around the roots. Other than that ordering was easy and straight forward.”
