“they are in California and I am in upper Ilinois. It was very cold when I placed my order so after I ordered they sent me an email showing concern about shipping during temps being so cold, I did like the fact they did this. I received my order later than first exspected for this reason, no biggie. Ordering was easy and straight forward with good communication.”
