“The company is a SCAM. I purchased 32 succulents & if this is how they typically package them, then I have no idea how they are able to stay in business. There was absolutely zero padding in the box at all. Just none. & it was evident when half of a plant was hanging out of the hole that had been punched in the side of the box. To add to that, they were NOT packed with heat packs which I paid for. They were NOT shipped bare root as advertised. They were shipped in soaked soil & every one of them froze. They were literally leaching water as they thawed on my kitchen counter. Every single plant has died. Though I’ve contacted support multiple times, I have been ignored. It is a waste of your time, your energy & your money to purchase anything from this site. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & most likely be forced to file a chargeback on my card due to their lack of responsibility.”
