Looked half dead when it arrived. I expected it to be pink like showed in the picture. I have watered it hoping it will start to look better.

The plant arrived completely dry and very wilted and already turning brown. I sent a comment to the company but haven't gotten a response. I am trying to keep the plant alive but I'm keeping it separate from my others as I'm not sure if it's healthy or not.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the items received. Firstly they looked nothing like what was pictured. Also they were very elongated. One package even had two plants instead of the three. I started my succulent journey buying my first succulents form this company. But after receiving this package I’m very unlikely to buy anymore. At least no more mystery items. Unfortunately I didn’t take before pictures. But you asked for a review and here it is .

Plant has steadily declined since recieving it, Compared to the other plants that are doing really well. Leaves are falling off consistently despite watering and keeping it in a well lit area

Showed up pale pink, wrinkled, and mostly limp. Not sure it's going to survive. Barely recognizable as a lilacina. This was supposed to be a gift!

All the pics on this site showed several rhipsalis in each pot. My 2 inch pot had only 3 rhipsalis. Picture on site is miss leading. I was disappointed.

I’ve purchased from this shop previously and loved the plants I received so when I saw that they had some string of raindrops on sale I immediately bought one as they’re one of my favorite semi-succulents. I was really surprised to see that the plant I was sent was in terrible shape. It’s so dehydrated I’m not sure it’s going to survive. I own several of these plants so I understand they can go without water for a bit and I also understand that shipping plants with damp soil can cause root rot etc. That being said this plant was shipped in really rough shape and in the week I’ve had it, it has not improved at all. I tried to contact the company to ask for some help and never received a response. This experience has made me unsure I will purchase any more plants from this company.

Slightly disappointed look more like clippings and wasn't even worth being in the pot they came in. The string of bananas on the other hand were beautiful full and healthy looking.
