“I attempted to contact your shop multiple times. One of the plants arrived extremely damaged. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed that I have not received any sort of reply… The cotyledon pendens I received was badly damaged. All but one of the pods were broken off and the plant was hardly packed in the 2in container is was sent in. I am hoping that the plants survives but I am very sad that it was not packaged and/or handled properly. The other plant is fine but I would like to hear from someone regarding this”

“Delivery was delayed the whole weekend! I wish I could have the option or know that we may pick them up instead. Also, the 2” plants are so tiny but I am glad they were all come in the original pots to reduce the stress!”
