“Very poor packaging. No pot, teeny bit of soil in paper wrapped around it taped to plant. Looked almost dead. Half of it seems rubbery. Leaves look moldy. Put in cactus soil immediately. Been watching very closely, but looks like it is barely surviving. Barely. Pitiful Requested a new one be sent, still waiting to hear from you.”
