“I highly recommend this option if you are In Minnesota or Wisconsin. It isn't a full guarantee, but it was still mildly warm when it arrived. It did not prevent cold damage to the leaves of some plants, but it kept the growing points and stems alive. The plants I got with this pack are thriving.”
