“Don't think my cactus would have survived without the 96 hour heat pack. Weather turned unexpectedly cold and nasty, but heat pack saved it. Well worth extra couple dollars!”

“Still warm when the plants arrived but the heat pa KS were as hard as concrete and heavy. They smooshed a couple of my plants and those plants are dead. They have not come back to life in any way, shape or form. I paid for 2 dead plants out of 6 that were shipped. I am not impressed with that.”
