“The plants arrived healthy. I received the box directly from the hands of the delivery. I opened immediately but the heat pack was no longer warm. Even though it wasn’t warm anymore, it did its job from California to Amarillo Tx. during December.”

“Our post office is sending packages back as undeliverable due to issues with our Mayor. Thank goodness I had the heater to keep the plants alive so I could have them shipped again to my daughter's house again. I finally got them and they survived!”
