“I have been consistantly ordering plants from this company for years and have given them many 5 star reviews and referred them to family and friends. My last order however I had a real time with. Really disappointed with the customer service, especially since I have spent $100s (probably more) with their subscription services. Had to reach out multiple times and still got very limited assistance. I ended up paying for two orders, when I really only needed one. I was expecting 12 plants, only received 10. (They advertise a free 2inch plant April-October). In addition, I paid twice the shipping but received all the plants in one box, minus my extra 2 plants... of course. I run a small business of my own and find it even more disappointing as I know how hard and costly it can be to get and keep customers these days, especially with so much competition out there. It pains me to leave this review, as I do love this service, the plants have always arrived in good shape and are as advertised but definately NOT a five star experience this round.”
