“I bought a 4 inch vsop and I needed it to be put on hold for a few days as I wouldn’t be home for another week. So I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to help me out. Well, my delaying the shipping must have messed the watering schedule up bc I’ve read in other reviews they usually wait for them to be mostly dry before shipping. However, with the delay and the extreme heat that week my plant arrived super moist and smelling verrry mildewy. I let it dry for a couple weeks and repotted in fresh soil but it is dying. I don’t know if it’s something I’m doing or if it was too stressed or what but I really hope she makes it :,(”
