“Hasn’t looked well since I received it. I’m doing what I can to get it to survive The plant isn’t going to live. I took it out of the pot and the stem is dying. I tried to send a photo but didn’t know how. Can you please send me a replacement or a refund. Please reply Thank you. Thomas”

“My plants arrived a bit heat parched. I realized I ordered them during the heat of the season. My plants did not survive unfortunately.”

“I have purchased several plants online and all of them died. So I wasn't expecting much this time but this plant sounded very interesting so I bought. It came in dried out in some soil (probably drying during shipping). I put it in water and just left it. Later in the day I went back to see it and the plant had perked up and was standing tall. I planted it in a small pot and put it in the window. IT I BEAUTIFUL!! I love it. It is thriving and pretty and I can't wait to see it grown. Buy this...you won't be sorry.”

“This is my first bare-roots plant so I was worried, but it arrived carefully packaged and in great condition. My picture is 4 days after potting it. It's thriving. :)”
