I've been using the Energy Gels before my pickleball sessions and I am seriously impressed. It gives me a clean, natural energy boost that lasts - perfect for staying sharp and energized on the court.
The best part - the Energy Gels are DELICIOUS! No funny aftertaste (like the multiple energy bars I've tried), just smooth, pure honey. And the bonus - it's not messy! I would recommend the Energy Gels for pre or during any sport. My only regret - that these were not around 10 years ago when my daughter was a competitive dancer - we could have used something like this . . . especially on those hectic competition days!

“Hey, your gels are awesome. But I find the packaging a bit too big for how much gel is actually in them. It makes it awkward and a bit slow to get it out which sucks while trying to take it on a bike and also make it hard to pack multiple on me during a long ride.”
