“I ordered the lemon & ginger honey because I wanted to try it to see if the honey is really as good as people were posting. Lemon & ginger are two of my favourite flavours and that is why I pick this one to try. It did not disappoint, I really was impressed with the flavour and smooth consistency of this honey. I used it in my herbal tea, drizzled it on salmon and a piece of roasted chicken. Delicious!”
