“I love this blouse! I don't usually care for cold shoulders, but I couldn't resist the colors or the SLEEVES! I usually wear it over a wide-strap tank as it is sheer. I'd love to see this in some other prints or solid colors-- Maybe even as a boat neck without the cold shoulder!”
